Limited Bazaar Part I

Yes, it's Part 1!  Why?  You'll see when I post other pictures and/or check out the event yourself!  Haha!

You know how there's those times where you go shopping somewhere and then you just go back again to make sure you didn't miss a great deal or item you didn't know you wanted?  LOL  That's how I feel when I go to Limited Bazaar.  A lot of the times, I get here and things are already sold out >_<  But this time around, I was able to get everything I wanted and at an awesome price!  Make sure to check it out before it all becomes unavailable for purchase!

Today, I got tp'd by Lisa Figueroa to go see a gallery that she's working on to display her work and the build itself was a work of art too!  She has a knack of creating a painting from a picture, it's just simply wonderful work and I can't wait for all of you to be able to check it out!!

What's also just as grand is that just last week, I got a chance to meet a designer, Zaara Kohime!   Busy in IM's, which I think is the usual for owners and designers, yet she was so kind as to take the time to chat!  Meeting her  was such a delight!  It's so nice to know that all you famous designers (and even other bloggers too!) aren't above themselves and make the effort to chat with the buyers and passers-byers (Is that a word? Rofl.  If not, oh well, it is now :P)

LI presents: Hope For Emilia Charity Event

Legal Insanity is holding a charity event for Hope For Emilia, where all proceeds will be donated to the victims of the earthquakes that took place in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.  Please take the time to read the provided information below regarding this event!  (fr. July 22 to August 9, 2012)

HOPE FOR EMILIA is an exciting event that will last from July 22 to August 9, 2012 and will include a Summer Fashion Fair, fashion shows, an art expo and entertainment events to fundraise for the victims of earthquake in Emilia, Italy.

As most of the world is aware, the northern region of Italy has been hit by devastating earthquakes during the last several months.

The first earthquake, registering a magnitude of 6.1, struck in the Emilia-Romagna region, on May 20th of 2012.

Two aftershocks with a magnitude of 5.2 occurred a few hours after the main event, and seven people were killed.

Nine days later, on May 29th, an additional earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 struck the same area causing an additional eighteen deaths and widespread damage, particularly to buildings already weakened by the May 20th earthquake.

And again on June 3rd, 4th and 6th,  aftershocks struck the region, causing panic among terrified people, who still don’t know if this incubus is going to continue.

The damages of these earthquakes are terrible: 26 people died, and thousands are homeless, living in tents.  

The whole economy of the country was brought to its knees.

"Hope for Emilia" aims to fundraise to help the many victims of the earthquakes: 100% of the funds raised with this event will be donated to victims of the earthquake through the bank account opened by Emilia-Romagna region (http://www.regione.emilia-romagna.it/terremoto/la-raccolta-fondi-della-regione-come-donare).
